AAA Star Facility Services
Service Agreement
By booking a service with AAA Star Facility Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“the client”) agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms apply to all services provided within Melbourne, Victoria and surrounding areas.
1. Bookings and Access
- All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking platform.
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear access to the premises, including parking and entry instructions.
- If access is not available upon arrival, a call-out fee of $100 may apply.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, EFTPOS, and credit card payments.
- For ongoing or commercial contracts, invoices are due within 7 days of issue, unless specified otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed job.
- We will offer a free re-clean of the disputed area or a partial refund, at our discretion.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if access was restricted due to client error.
5. Liability
- AAA Star Facility Services takes reasonable care during service delivery; however, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
- Items of sentimental or high monetary value not disclosed before the service.
- Clients are responsible for securing valuables and breakables before service begins.
6. Health & Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose a risk to our staff (e.g., biohazards, aggressive occupants, unsafe structures).
- All products and equipment used are professional-grade and environmentally friendly where possible.
7. Privacy
- Your personal information is confidential and used solely for booking and communication purposes.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
